Whole Barley ^Sale

An enzyme-rich soil amendment that benefits the soil microbes and increases plant nutrient uptake. Whole barley can also be grown as a cover crop to prevent soil erosion and compaction, and it can prevent nitrogen tie-up and suppress weeds via allelopathy. If grown as a cover crop, it is best mixed with other leguminous cover crops to improve nitrogen cycling.
